"Thank you for your service. This is the second time I’ve engaged you for the preparation of a rent agreement. While I was pleased with your work in 2022, this time the experience fell short of expectations. The draft agreement required several corrections, which I communicated to you over text after reviewing it. However, instead of updating the original clauses, the changes were inserted as additional clauses. Unfortunately, neither you nor your team reviewed the final draft thoroughly before it was shared. As a result, on 10th July, I ended up signing a rent agreement with my tenant that included multiple errors — such as duplicate clauses, formatting inconsistencies, and even a large advertisement for your office inserted just before Annexure 1. This gave the document an unprofessional appearance, especially given its legal nature. One simple but important suggestion: if your office could take the time to review and finalize documents carefully, it would significantly improve the quality of your service and strengthen client trust. Also, a small grammatical tip: the tagline "Legal Door LLP: The peoples door" should be corrected to "The People’s Door" with an apostrophe, to reflect proper possession. Minor improvements like these can make a big difference in how your brand is perceived. I hope to continue working with you in the future and sincerely wish to see improvements in service quality.
